UNPLUG TO RECONNECT (Post-Covid-Confinement); Healthy Device Management Skills To Help You INSTA Heal In A SNAP Your Confinement-Created RED FACE TWITCHes, TWITTERs, & TIKs!
This presentation explores how our pandemic-driven increase in digital device use has—and will continue to—affect and alter our lives, lifestyles, and careers. It will expose the "for better" and (potentially) "for worse" impact of our increasingly reliant relationships with screens, as well as the applications and services they deliver.

Learning Objectives:
Identify possible biological, psychological, sociological, and/or academic/occupational negative consequences which may be directly linked to the online use, utilization, and/or behaviors of their clients, patients, students, and/or selves-especially in light of increased device dependence during Covid-generated confinement
Identify examples/symptomatic manifestations of unhealthy or inappropriate device management
Learn how to, and be able to list and implement, therapeutic interventions, skills, and evidence-based strategies to help their clients/patients/students/children (and selves) avoid being overexposed, compromised, dysregulated, leveraged, wounded, or victimized through online engagement
